My hope is that everyone can find a way to transform their lifestyle to create a happier and healthier version of themselves.

I know about the challenges a high-pressure job and growing family can bring. As a Chartered Accountant working in the City and mother to young children, I  was faced with the challenge of finding balance in my life. The requirement to balance stress with calm and idleness with motion became more and more apparent.

I believe in a holistic approach to wellness. Our bodies are remarkable machines that intertwine thoughts, feelings, sensations and behaviours fluently and without pause, relying on us for the right fuel to keep them ticking. To know and understand our bodies can be a lifelong challenge, but one that is vital to our happy and healthy existence.

By focusing on three core realms of wellbeing – movement, nutrition and mindset – my aim is to inspire a healthy, balanced approach to wellness.
