nutrition - mindset - wellbeing

nutrition

I offer advice and support around nutrition, finding balance and meeting specific health and wellness goals.

In tandem with consistent movement, the right diet can help to ease discomfort, alleviate symptoms associated with medical conditions and create an overall stronger, leaner and better functioning body.

Understanding what our body needs from us and educating ourselves on our own body’s functioning is the key to change.

mindset

Your approach to your wellness hinges on your mindset. This can be based on your previous experiences, expectations and your motivation, amongst other things.

Thinking holistically, I approach your goals with this in mind, helping you to create informed, lasting changes to your lifestyle that keep you motivated.

Each of my clients is unique. Understanding what makes you tick is an important part of our work together.

mindfulness

wellness

Wellness is in the eye of the beholder.

What makes you feel happy and well might not be the same as the next person, and you may not know what those things are yet – and that’s okay!

Learning what it means to be well can help you make considered choices, whether that is through nutrition, exercise or meditation. I work closely with my clients to find options that feel sustainable, realistic, and fill them with joy.

wellness

We need to forgive ourselves when some new diet or trend does not produce the long term expected results.  The first step we actually need to take is to manage our own expectations.  Then we need be work on consistency.  Only then will the ground will be set for better health and confidence.

Our bodies are working constantly to support our existence. We consume food to keep it healthy.  Like any organ, if we abuse it we should not be surprised to develop problems and many medical ailments develop as a result of lifestyle.  If we understand what our individual bodies need then we can be lighter and healthier in the long term.
